I finally have my apartment back to myself and I didn't realize how much I love my own space. I had a friend who relocated back to Huntsville stay with me for about a month and it wasn't too bad, but honestly, I am just too much, because I am borderline OCD and I love things in order. Anyways, back to my topic, now that I am by myself in my apartment, I am feening to make things and the first thing that I made was the Guacamole recipe from the Glamour magazine (August 2009). It was really good and spiced very well. Mine is a little liquidy, but still tasty. I am impressed; I may never buy store bought again!
